Osprey’s Realm

A glimpse of an osprey’s life within the Grand Canyon of the Yellowstone.

A captivating diorama portraying one of Yellowstone National Park’s most dramatic views is artistically framed within a striking corner cabinet embellished with creative carvings. In addition to the extraordinary woodwork, artisan, Brad Greenwood, fashioned and sculpted the three-dimensional aspects of the diorama. Within this scene he has effectively brought to life the canyon, trees, rocks, water and more. The diorama’s backdrop was painted by artist, Michael Kerby, whose canvas of the Lower Falls completes the scene.

Brad Greenwood is known for his reflective themes – a lone bison, a pioneer family’s journey by covered wagon, and a telegraph rider’s life – each has been a source of inspiration in the past. Although these themes have insightful meaning, Brad often adds a whimsical surprise to his furniture pieces which brings much delight to those who see it.

Striking mixtures of hard woods expertly joined with exposed Old World woodworking techniques are but a few of the time-honored qualities master craftsman, Greenwood is renowned for. Creating extraordinary furniture is yet another.
